Mail a completed Order Form and indicate the chosen interbank transfer mode.
You will be e-mailed the specific payment instructions to communicate to your bank.
Companies Purchase Orders:
We can process purchase orders from governments, institutions, and major corporations provided that they are accompanied with the completed standard Telmaco Order Form.
Please mail them to Telmaco Ltd, 49 Myddleton Road, London N22 8LZ, United Kingdom.
Machine Id's:
This is a code specific to your Computer. In case you do not already know your Machine ID you can use any application tool of the MeterIT-suite's special function which enables you to read your Machine Id.
To do this, download the 30 day FREE trial offer and install the software. Having installed the tool, open the program and then select a new count. The Front Screen will now appear. Click on the button 'About', in the bottom left hand corner. The About window will appear. In the top section of the 'About' Window, you can find your 'Machine Id'.
Site Licences:
A site licence for any tool of the MeterIT-suite entitles your organization to receive one copy of the packaged product and to duplicate the software as necessary for use within the organization on a specified number of computers.
Value Added Tax:
The total amount of the order must be subjected to a Value Added Tax which depends on the location of order as follows:
UK address - For a purchase address situated in the UK a Value Added Tax must be added which amounts to 20.00% of the purchase and shipping.
EU address - For a purchase address situated in the European Union but not in the UK: if you are VAT registered a Value Added Tax of 0 (Zero)% will be effected, if you are not VAT registered a Value Added Tax must be added which amounts to 20.00% of the purchase and shipping.
Non EU address - For a purchase address situated outside the European Union a Value Added Tax of 0% will be applied.
So, if you are ordering from within the European Union and if you are registered for VAT please add you VAT registration number in the Telmaco Order Form.

Shipment/Packaging:
Internet Acquisition:
The preferred method of shipment is by electronic procurement (download) from Telmaco web site.
There is a free evaluation period of 30 days after which the product stops functioning.
During this time you would have decided about the acquisition option and sent your completed order.
Then a Licence Code would be sent to you in order to keep your product operational.
CDs:
Following the free evaluation period carried out on the downloaded version you can choose to receive your product on a CD.
CDs will be sent by postal mail (airmail outside the UK).
Postal Costs:
An additional charge is set to cover the cost of shipment of CDs.
There is a charge of £14 for shipment in the UK, a charge of €34 for shipment in the European Union, and a charge of $60 for shipment outside the European Union.
We will do our best to ship CDs within 10 working days.
