PredictIT version 1.2, enables you to define a project time line-cost strategy for your projects. PredictIT can be calibrated either by the project measurement tool, MeterIT-Project or by your own knowledge of your project development capability. You will be able to set project time/cost objectives as well as predict your project effort requirements. When project development constraints exist, PredictIT enables you to assess the feasibility of your project, thus permitting you to take go/no-go decisions that are cost effective. 

MeterIT-Cosmic -- Software Measurement Tool

Version 1.6 of MeterIT-Cosmic is in line with the COSMIC Standard version 3.0. It enables analysts to measure the size of your project requirements, or specifications, according to the standard COSMIC. This version addresses the full product life cycle, hence, the early sizing issue, where the software is not yet sufficiently defined. With this tool, Real-Time software systems can be sized up as well as traditional MIS data processing software hence covering most of the layers of modern systems.
The measurement results can be exported to MeterIT-Project as part of a software benchmarking portfolio.

MeterIT-Project, software benchmarking tool, offers flexible and coherent guidance on how to capture and enter the management parameters of your projects. These data may be entered as the project time line makes them available. Quantified conclusions can be obtained at the earliest stage enabling the programme manager to take critical decisions at the right time. Also, MeterIT-Project  produces a set of calibration details from your own projects. Then, PredictIT uses the calibration thus obtained for a more accurate software estimation of your future projects. 

If you have a repository of size measurement made with a first generation standard (IFPUG, Mk II FPA), MeterIt-Converter can convert these sizes to COSMIC sizes. That way, supposing you have just passed to COSMIC in this new year, previous years measurement are not lost, you can still use converted measures to monitor this year's production.
