Licences
Upon downloading a piece of MeterIT-Cosmic, MeterIT-Project and PredictIT, Telmaco Ltd grants you a non-exclusive licence to use MeterIT-Cosmic, MeterIT-Project and PredictIT, free of charge for an evaluation period, pre-beta and beta testing, that ends in 30 days, after which you must register for a copy of this software if you wish to continue to use it. Upon registration you are granted a licence to continue using this software.

You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on MeterIT-Cosmic, MeterIT-Project and PredictIT except where you are given explicit written permission by a representative of Telmaco to do so.
Your right to return the product within 14 days of purchase is included in the 30 day's free trial period and we will not accept any requests for refunds once a licence has been purchased. This is because Telmaco Ltd considers the 30 day's free trial period adequate to examine any programs purchased: either MeterIT-Cosmic, MeterIT-Project or PredictIT. However, requests due to special circumstances will be considered.

TITLE
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the software products MeterIT-Cosmic, MeterIT-Project and PredictIT shall remain with Telmaco Ltd. These software products are protected by international copyright treaties. Your licence does not give you any rights to title, ownership or copyright.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL TELMACO LTD BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT WILL TELMACO LTD BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE LIST PRICE OF A LICENCE FOR THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF TELMACO LTD SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

TERMINATION
Your licence will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described. On termination you must destroy all copies of the software.

Miscellaneous
The general user conditions of this web site shall, to the maximum extent permissible by the law, be governed by the courts of England and Wales.
